This was my second vehicle purchase from this dealership in three years. My first experience was great, but unfortunately, this one was far from it. I arrived for my scheduled appointment to pick up my new Grand Highlander, which I had ordered and was paying for in full with a check. When I arrived, my sales representative was busy with another customer. He had me sign two pieces of paper and then told me it was time for the "GREAT WAIT." I was instructed to sit and wait. Prior to my appointment, I had specifically let my sales representative know that I was also interested in purchasing or ordering a second vehicle, a RAV4, while I was there. Unfortunately, he was too busy with other customers and never once made an effort to discuss the second purchase with me. After sitting for an hour, I asked if someone could at least show me the features of my new vehicle while I waited. I was told that eventually he would find time. That never happened. After an hour and a half, I asked if someone could at least help me connect my phone to the vehicle. The response I received was, "I don't know." At that point, I went outside to my new vehicle and figured it out myself. No one came out to assist me. After two hours, I asked if my old license plates could be removed and if my new vehicle could be prepared for me to leave. Eventually, that was taken care of. Keep in mind, I was paying for this vehicle in full. During the entire time I sat there waiting, the dealership had multiple opportunities to provide a positive customer experience. They could have shown me the features of my new Grand Highlander, helped me get familiar with the technology, or shown me the RAV4s I had expressed interest in purchasing. Instead, I was repeatedly told that I was experiencing the "GREAT WAIT" because I needed to meet with the finance department. I was also told that none of the paperwork could be completed in advance or online, despite having a scheduled appointment and paying in full. After 2.5 hours of waiting, I finally met with the finance representative for all of FIVE MINUTES. I was then given my keys and paperwork and thought I could finally leave. Except my vehicle STILL wasn't ready! The vehicle had been delivered to the dealership on Monday, and my pickup appointment was scheduled for Friday. Yet, after waiting two and a half hours, my vehicle was only then being detailed and filled with gas. To make matters worse, when the manager came over to speak with me, his explanation was that all dealerships operate this way and that it is simply the way things are done. The entire experience was extremely poorly coordinated and demonstrated a complete lack of respect for the customer's time. I had a scheduled appointment, was paying in full, and had expressed interest in purchasing a second vehicle. Instead of making use of the time I was required to wait, the dealership left me sitting for hours with no assistance, no vehicle orientation, and no effort to discuss an additional purchase. I understand that dealerships have processes to follow and that employees may be assisting multiple customers. However, there is no reason a scheduled vehicle pickup should involve two and a half hours of sitting around, especially when the actual finance appointment takes only five minutes and the vehicle isn't even ready when that appointment is over. My first purchase here was a great experience, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. A little communication, preparation, and attention to the customer would have made a significant difference.

Working with Keith at Group 1 Toyota Saco we got hands down the best and deepest service we have ever gotten for our beloved RAV4. Extremely professional and experienced, and they were able to diagnose and fix a number of problems that have been going on for a long time despite multiple visits to other mechanics. The communication was superb throughout, we got a full report with videos and photos of all the issues. Also they offer free Uber round trip making it easy to drop off your car. If you have a Toyota, do it a favor and absolutely come here for service!!
